By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using Aveliq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Aveliq. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One account per individual; commercial use requires a separate agreement.
4. The service
Aveliq provides automatic transaction detection from banking SMS, AI-powered categorization, financial analytics, and related features. Aveliq is not a bank, payment processor, or financial advisor, and does not hold, transfer, or move money on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to violate someone else's rights, privacy, or security.
6. Data accuracy & financial decisions
Aveliq processes banking SMS automatically and uses machine learning to categorize transactions. While we strive for accuracy, the Service may occasionally misclassify or miss a transaction. Always verify financial information with your bank before making important decisions. Aveliq is provided as an informational tool, not financial advice.
7. Subscriptions & payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription ("Aveliq Pro"). Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, software, design, and content within the Service are the property of Aveliq or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. User content
You retain ownership of any content you provide (e.g. category corrections, notes). You grant Aveliq a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
10. Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or pose a risk to others. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Aveliq does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aveliq, its affiliates, and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aveliq from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.
14. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aveliq is primarily incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
